Cupid & Heart Chocolate Mold

This is a beautiful mold from a candy-making supplier. When I make this, I color the bow red. Use a darker red for the deepest part of the bow (the highest point in the inside of your mold) and anyplace the ribbon would logically be in shadow. Shading your candy painting gives it greater depth. ( I’m sharing secrets here.) I make the flowers blue and yellow. For the cupid and the swirls, I use dark-on-milk, or milk-on-dark.
